Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY: If your plans change, we kindly request the courtesy of no less than 3 days prior to your planned arrival date to receive a refund; true emergency circumstances will be considered outside of policy. It is your responsibility to request a refund at the following email: Include your name and confirmed reservation date. A refund will be processed within 7 business days. If a deposit has been paid and YOU FAIL to cancel your reservation prior to the day of your scheduled date, we will not be able to offer a refund.
